At Sight Optics, we specialize in selling high-quality eyewear, including a wide range of sunglasses and frames. Our collection includes popular brands like Persol, Police, Versace and many others, offering a variety of styles to suit different preferences and fashion trends.
2. Are your sunglasses and frames UV protected?
Yes, all our sunglasses and frames are designed to provide UV protection. We understand the importance of protecting your eyes from harmful UV rays, and our products are carefully crafted to ensure optimal eye safety.
3. Do you offer iconic brands?
Yes, we offer renowned brands like Persol, Police, Versace and many others, known for their iconic designs and high-quality eyewear. Our collection includes a range of stylish sunglasses and frames from these reputable brands, allowing you to make a fashion statement while keeping your eyes protected.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a strictly 'no refund' policy, however, exceptions may be made if a product is proven to be damaged or faulty. Our customer service team will handle each return request on a case by case basis.
Purchased items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

5. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that it is important to notify us as soon as possible to ensure a prompt resolution.
6. Can I return personalized or custom-made eyewear?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made eyewear. These items are specially made according to your specifications and cannot be resold. If you have any concerns or questions about your personalized order, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you.
7. Can I exchange an item for a different one?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a smoother process and allows you to get the desired product as quickly as possible.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
9. Can I return sale items or gift cards?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

11. Does my Eyewear come with a warranty?
Almost all our sunglasses and glasses frames are covered by an international 24-month manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise.
This covers faults caused by a manufacturing defect and does not cover normal wear and tear of accidental damage. Sunglasses and glasses lenses are covered against manufacturing defects however not against scratches.
